K.C. Phelan's Art Receives Local Recognition April 21, 2007
Glasgow, KY....Every year the Edmonton Bank of Glasgow, KY sponsors an Art
Contest for all the High Schools in Barren County, KY. K.C. Phelan submitted
three entries this year and her submission "In the Garden" received an honorable
mention.
A photograph of the work with the award ribbon has been submitted along with a
group photograph with the bank President and the award winners.
